I hope this message finds you well as we journey into another week together. This week we are focusing on yellow—not just as a color, but as a feeling. Yellow reminds us of the solar plexus chakra, the center of confidence, clarity, and personal power.

Confidence is something I’ve often struggled with. There are moments when my stomach twists, my hands shake, and doubt creeps in—whether I’m questioning a business idea, a plan of action, or replaying a conversation where I wonder if I was too assertive. Instead of trusting myself immediately, I find myself second-guessing. That’s why this week is so important. It’s about intentionally embracing my yellow energy and allowing it to guide me.

To do this, I’ve committed to a pair of daily rituals—one in the morning and one at night—to build confidence and create clarity.

🌞 Morning Ritual

Each morning, I start by releasing my worries in the shower. As the water flows, I let it wash away tension from the day before. Then, while brushing my teeth, doing my hair, and cleansing my face, I stand in the mirror and speak affirmations.

Some days I have more time than others, but it’s not about perfection—it’s about intention. Here are a few affirmations I’ve been practicing:

“I radiate yellow light, shining with clarity, confidence, and strength.”
“I am worthy of success and joy.”
“I trust my inner power.”

Repeating these words helps me enter the day with strength and a clear mindset, no longer carrying yesterday’s weight.

🌙 Night Ritual

Evenings are when my mind tends to race. It feels like there are a million things to do and no time to finish them. That’s when I turn to my night ritual. I boil water, grab my favorite mug, and steep a chamomile and lavender tea bag.

Our herb of the week, chamomile, soothes the nervous system, quiets an overactive mind, and gently prepares the body for rest. As I sip, my thoughts begin to slow, and I can feel my body relax, allowing for a deeper night’s sleep. Resting well resets my energy and ensures I don’t wake up in a panic or negative mood.

💛 Embracing Yellow

This week, I encourage you to try incorporating these practices or create your own ways of stepping into confidence. Ask yourself:
🌻 How do I want to feel when making decisions or stepping outside of my comfort zone?
🌻 How can I reset and refocus my mind at the start and end of each day?
