Truth. Vision. Power

Truth. Vision. Power

Hello Spiritual Soldiers,

I hope this week has been eye-opening and filled with manifestations. If you’ve been following along, you know our focus has been on the color blue—tapping into the Throat and Third Eye chakras.

As I’ve moved through the week, I’ve noticed shifts in my moods, my decisions, and the way I’ve stood my ground when it comes to how things make me feel. One word has continued to rise to the surface for me: TRUTH.

Lately I’ve been asking myself—how fully am I living in my truth? Not just at work, but at home, in my relationships, and in my own quiet moments. I’ve realized that while both versions of me carry truth, they sometimes feel different. Who I present to the world isn’t always the full reflection of who I am behind closed doors. And that brings me to a bigger question: at what point do we stop code-switching, stop cloaking ourselves in politeness, and start speaking the truth exactly as it is?

This week, truth has meant being realistic about who I am, what I feel, what serves me, and what no longer does. Too often, we shield ourselves in agreeableness to avoid conflict or uncomfortable moments. But growth doesn’t come from avoidance. To reach the calm, we must pass through the storm. To pass through the storm, we must first recognize our truth—and let it guide us.

The second word that’s been sitting with me is VISION. What am I working toward this week, this month, this year? And more importantly, how will I achieve it? I’ve always believed in the power of goal-setting and manifestation: if you believe it, see it, and speak it as if it’s already yours, it will come into being. Lately, I’ve been asking myself—what lies in my vision? What dreams are ready to move from thought into reality?

This week is a reminder of the importance of your own POWER—the power of the tongue, the power of the mind, and the power of authentic action. Don’t let anyone dim your light or turn themselves into obstacles instead of supporters. This is your time to speak up, see clearly, and step fully into your power.

A personal example: in my high school yearbook, the seniors had a bucket list page. Mine said I wanted to be married, have kids, and live on a farm. Years later, I became more intentional about manifesting the life I wanted. Two years ago, I committed to speaking those dreams into reality. Today, I’m married. I’m not on a farm just yet, but I am a homeowner. I don’t have kids yet, but I do have a house full of furry ones. The truth is—manifestation works when you focus on what matters most and consistently pour energy into it.

So this week, I invite you to reflect: What’s on your Life Bucket List? What’s that one thing you want more than anything? Maybe it’s buying your first car and taking that road trip to the beach. Maybe it’s updating your resume and landing your dream job. Big or small, your vision matters.

Live in your TRUTH. enVISION the life you desire. Use your POWER to move your words and thoughts into action.

With Peace & Love,
Rayne
